| | Slept a bit better, but had weird dreams about my friend that passed away a few years ago. Ran at the gym after work, it's starting to stay lighter after work now so if my shins hold out, I might try to do my run on the roads around work. Today was not to bad though. 6 miles - 55:02

| | Crap I just lost my entire entry :( so I will try this again. I ran 2 on the eliptical and 3 on the treadmil. Shin started bugging, I think I did too much on the road this weekend. I need to take it easy, because I entered the Winter Racing Circuit and the first race is in a couple of weeks. My goal this year was to place in the top three in my age group, I hope I can do this. |

| | Had a horrible nights sleep, I really hope the new thyroid meds. start helping soon. It's like I'm super tired, but my muscles won't relax, I'm all tight. Anyway I ran on the treadmil for 4 miles then a brisk walk for one more mile. I think tomorrow I will be on the eliptical, shin was pretty buggy :(

| | So this has been a difficult week for me, I'm really hoping that soon I can start feeling better. My running friend is finally getting back into some running since her pelvic fractures, and I really hope she will be running the roads with me soon. But today we, Sue and I, along with our husbands snow shoed one of my favorite trails to run on. It was a blast! Being able to work out a bit with Sue again gave me a short of sunshine into my gloomy weeks that I have been having :) |
