Speed workout. It was a hard one, I was already a bit raw mentally today and had a hard time staying focused and calming down. We ran a mile @ 6:18, 4 400s @ 1:18, 1:22, 1:25, 1:30, then we did 4 more 400s, but since I was not doing well I did 4 200s instead @ 37, 37, 36, 37. It was a hard workout physically and I am sore, but it was harder mentally. |
