I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
2 sets of 3 300s with equal time (but not really) recovery. I was supposed to hit 1:00 but instead hit 57, 59, 58s for the first set and 58, 59, 57s for the second set. One second behind Natalie each one.
