Two runs, 10 in the morning and 6 in the evening.  Oddly enough, my legs felt awful in the morning but better than they've felt in a long time in the evening.  How could this be?  I don't know, but I enjoyed it!

I did a speed workout where I did 5 400s with 400 recovery.  I haven't been doing much speed lately so it wasn't awesome!  But my times were 1:37, 1:38, 1:39, 1:38, 1:36, and I wanted them all to be under 1:40, so that was good.
