Started running in 2001. Have completed over 100 marathons and ultras since then.
Marathon PR 2:56:04 (2005 St. George)
New PR 2:53:24 (2008 Tucson)
Finished 2nd Overall in 2005 Utah Grand Slam to Paul Peterson. He beat me by 30 min in every race.
1/2 Marathon PR 1:23:56 (2008 Just Cuz Half Marathon)
Completed the Utah Grand Slam 10 consecutive years (2003-2012). I don't know if anyone else has done that.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Be consistent in my Riding. Average over 100 miles per week/5000 for the year.
Drop a few lbs.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Maybe Run again someday.....if my knee allows it!
I'm in the 55-59 Age Group.....Yikes!

No Ride today....
I started feeling awful on Saturday...body Aches, cough, etc.
Got tested this morning: COVID POSITIVE!
21.16 biking miles. Ride was 1 mile longer due to a detour on the trail between 9000 South and 7800 South. It's supposed to be back open next week.
First ride since COVID. A bit slower than normal, but happy to get it done!
