Very nice morning run with my daughter. We started at GHaven and ran around the old hood. It was cold and cloudy but no rain.

Lunch time cross training. 30 min on bike (random at level 7) and 10 min on rower. Then lifted weights.

Lately I have been experimenting with sloooow lifting. For instance on the bench I take about 10 seconds coming down and 10 seconds going up. I go to about 90% of failure and only do one set. It feels really good! As much as I enjoy running, I think when it comes to feeling deep down good after a workout weight lifting is the holy grail.
