P90. Day 18 of 90. Strength and sculpting. No weight lost yet this week.
I'm having a little minor pain in my left knee and left bicep. Not sure what caused either of them. My knee feels fine when I do the lunges and squats and my bicep feels fine during the curls. Just a little tender during the day. No big deal I'm sure. I'll just keep a close watch on it.
