Stake Conference weekend. Very busy! 

Ran on the TM at the gym and reviewed my talks in my mind while I ran. Great way to start the weekend.

Listened to Elder Bednar Gen Conf talk on my phone during the run. Good stuff.

TM in the evening. While listening to a recent BYU devotional by JW Marriott. Worst devotional I have ever heard. It was just a 40 minute infomercial. I'm sure he is a great guy, but it just goes to show you that being a successful businessman doesn't make one a great speaker.

25 min Bike ride at lunch at the gym. 2 min intervals hitting ten on the last few. The TV on the bike wouldn't change channels and I wasn't in the mood to watch a cooking show with Olivia Newton John on it so I turned it off and rode in silence. Great workout!

My daughter has a nice 10 mile route that she has been doing on Saturday evenings for the past few months. Due to issues with my back and some laziness in training I have had to ride along with her on my bike until last night. For the first time in a long time I ran with her and it was great! I only went 3 miles and then she continued on for her ten. I have a ways to go before I'm back up to ten, but it sure felt good to be able to do this three with her.

30 min Bike at gym at around 11pm. Did a tempo ride starting at 3 and up to 10 then back down to 5. Pushed it hard and got a great workout. Lifted weights after. Great way to end a busy day.
