Lunch time cross training. 30 min on bike (random at level 7) and 10 min on rower. Then lifted weights. Lately I have been experimenting with sloooow lifting. For instance on the bench I take about 10 seconds coming down and 10 seconds going up. I go to about 90% of failure and only do one set. It feels really good! As much as I enjoy running, I think when it comes to feeling deep down good after a workout weight lifting is the holy grail.
