P90. Day 10 of 90. Today was cardio and abs. Did it in the morning before going to work. It ws hard, but I felt good afterwards. I'm trusting that these are going to start getting easier after a few weeks.
P90 Day 15 of 90. Weights and sculpting. Left for Utah at 6 am so I had to get up pretty early to get this workout in. Still a little sore from Thursday so I backed off the intensity a little bit.
