Wow I cant believe I took a whole week off. I got busy focused on preparing for Stake Conference and just let my running fall by the way side. But I'm back, ready and raring to get back into the saddle. Tonight I ran with my daughter out and back from my office. It was cold and drizzly weather. Perfect conditions. Despite the long lay off I felt amazingly strong and comfortable for the whole run.
