Very hilly country road run from YHill church to Stake Center in the evening. Timed it just perfect as the sun was going down and it was just getting dark just as I finished. I wish they all were this nice!
Ran with my daughter. I was so full of food that I almost puked. I love running with her but we are going to start planning it out in advance (and I ought not to ever again eat so much that I'm stuffed!)
On thetrack at baker field. Felt good. Half Mary is next Saturday. Am I ready? No. But I will still have fun being with friends. A PR will have to wait for another time.
