Usual Thursday morning 3.5 mile run on BCreek. Still eating large quantities of vegetables and fruits (with just a little lean meat thrown in here and there). I feel full all the time and have lost 6 lbs in one week of eating this way. I have read that you aren't supposed to lose more than a couple pounds a week. But I'm not really trying to lose any. I'm just eating tons of great food so I will recover from my runs faster and have more energy throughout the day. I will just let my weight go wherever it naturally wants to go. I hope it keeps going down because that will make me a faster runner. I'm patiently waiting for my taste for junky food to go away. I think it will take about three weeks.
