TM run while watching the Giants and the phillies battle it out. I have been eating healthy for 4 weeks now. As of today I have dropped 13 pounds. It sure feels great. I'm curious to see how much more will come off. It has slowed down to about 2 pounds a week. I never knew fruits and vegetables could taste so good. And the cool thing is I eat tons of them and never allow myself to feel hungry.
