P90. Day 4 of 90

Today was strength and sculpting. Felt good. The eating part of this program has been a real change for me. I'm really starting to get just how important good eating is to improving fitness. In the past I have often labored under the false notion that I could work out enough to cover up bad eating habits. Not so. At least not for me.

One real eye opener is the simple concept of not eating for 3 hours before going to bed. I sleep much more soundly and wake up in the mood to eat a healthy breakfast when I follow this one simple rule. The plan has a bunch of similar concepts, but this one has been particularly helpful.

You're an animal!

Thanks Dale. I still don't consider myself an animal. I think when I get to about day 85 and feel like I'm home free...then I'll be an animal. :)

Keep up the good work. Unfortunately the older we get, the more important healthy eating becomes. Thanks for the reminder on not eating late at night too.

Thanks Rhett. I appreciate the encouragement.
