That is great that you are logging so many miles with your daugter. Does she push you or do you guys run a similar pace?

Rhett, We pretty much run the same pace of about 9:30. It's kind of an interesting relationship though. She complains quite a bit about having a side ache for most of the run and then blows by me at the end and beats me by a block or two. What I'm working on is getting her talking about things while we run so she forgets about her aches and pains. All and all it is a great joy to run with her!

I have two daughters who run. Unfortunately neither one lives at home, so I don't get to do much with them.
