Nice 3 miler at about 11pm, after all of my meetings at the Stake Center. Ran the same route as the run run ye saints 5k. Got a little lost in the wine streets but still ended up being about 3 miles. It felt very nice to allow my brain some time to rest and relax after several hours of meetings. |
