Evening 10 Miler. Felt a little weak and ill and stressed and run down so I decided to do the Jeff Galloway run/walk thing. 3 min run/2min walk alternated for the whole 10 miles. I was stunned to see that it only added 11 min on to my total time as compared to my last 10 miler that I ran all the way through. Not sure how the math on that could work, but it did. |
