45 Min Cross Train. 15 min on Rower and 30 Min on Bike. Weights: Bench, curls, tricep pd, lat pull downs and crunches. I just love the way I feel after this type of full body workout As I walked into the locker room the thought that popped into my head was "I have found the fountain of youth." I really do think I feel better today in my 40's than I did in my 20's and it is because of exercise.
