40 min on bike and ten on elliptical at gym. Then lifted weights.Very stressful day at work. Felt so good to melt the stress off with a workout.

Exercise is the best stress reliever ever. For some reason it is usually had to convince ourselves of that and we feel like we would rather sit around and do nothing after we're stressed.
