30 min run/walk. (3 walk to 2 run) No back pain!!

Lunch time workout. My son had to borrow my truck so I had no way to get to the gym during my lunch hour. Instead, I changed in the bathroom and headed out into the subdivision behind my office. I was shocked to find a beautiful trail that starts just behind my office and winds its way through a quiet neighborhood and some wooded areas. It was beautiful warm sunny weather and a few people were out walking. I had no idea after all of these years of being here that this trail existed! I am going to ditch the gym and start taking my lunch runs on it.

Right on, Mack!!! Very cool that you're feeling good again. That's pretty cool about the trail.

Thanks DoG. It's good to be back at it. Glad to see you are back in the saddle as well.
