P90. Day 6of 90. Sculpting and weights today. Good solid workout. I was still a little sore from the last workout so I dialed the intensity down just a little bit. Also have been STARVING on the eating plan so I'm going to start adding a piece of fruit to the breakfast and raw vegetables to the dinners. I have dropped 7 pounds so far. I know that my weight can't continue to fall at that pace, but it is pretty cool to see it coming off.
