My back is healed! I think... Today I walked on the treadmill for 30 min with alternating 4 min walk and then 1 min run throughout. A total of 6 min of running!!!! I did my back stretches before and after and NO BACK PAIN!!!!! I am so excited. I had to start somewhere and I can only go up from here. I'm a long way away from a sub 2 half marathon, but I'm moving in the right direction.
