30 min Cardio (10 bike/10 elliptical/10 bike). Lifted weights and yoga stretches for my back.

My teenage daughter had a swim meet this morning in a city about 30 miles from our house. I dropped her off at the pool for her warm up time and then found the closest Anytime Fitness and did the above workout. Still made it back in time to watch all of her swimming races.

My back feels fine. My left hamstring is mildly tender.

Very cool about your back, but bummer about the hamstring. Be careful with that.
