Another good workout on the track. I was a little worried going into this due to the wind but I knew I needed to push through this to give myself some confidence. I did a 2 mile warm up and then a 2 mile cool down and then did 6 x 1000m with 200m recovery and then finished off with 4 x 400m with 400m recovery. My 1000 times were 3:09, 3:09, 3:07, 3:06, 3:06, 3:07 and my 400 times were: 1:11, 1:12, 1:11, 1:11. Very happy with how this morning went. Great start to the day. 3 miles this afternoon with the soccer boys. 1 mile running to the house to get a gas can due to the truck running out of gas. Eventful!!!
