Decent workout this morning. I did a 2 mile warm up, 4 mile tempo, and then a 2 mile cool down. I hit the tempo miles at 5:20, 5:21, 5:18, and 5:21. It was a little cooler this morning but I was jazzed about the run. 4 miles this afternoon with the soccer boys. I was going to go to club run but Katey was sick.
