6 miles this morning around the park. There were a lot of dog owners letting their animals roam free. So lame.

he did and got good news! he went to atlanta and saw the team doctor for the atlanta falcons. doc said that the stretches/exercises he has been doing have been very beneficial and to just keep it up and take it easy. of course, he is planning to run a 100 this summer; don't know how easy that is! he was glad to get a good report though. from what he says, a sports hernia is completely different from a regular hernia.

Similiar diagnosis for me as well. I saw the trainer for Portland State University and he recommended stretching my quads, hamstrings and hip flexors as often as possible. I guess I'd become a bit of a slacker with stretching and needed a stern reminder to get back in the habit.
