Strength training for about 30 minutes. Got told I look more ripped. Yeah, that's what happens when you don't run your tissue away. 1 hour 10 minutes elliptical HARD effort. I wish I could explain how hard of an effort I am putting in. hmmm Maybe this will help, my heart rate is staying between 166-180. Spiking to 180 when I go to level 18, other than that, I stay at a level 16 or 17. It's the only thing I can think of do to to save my running fitness. I am not getting hurt on the elliptical, so please no lectures. My calf is already feeling healed. But I know from experience that it is to soon to try and run. I need another week or more. |
