Strength training for 20 minutes 40 minutes elliptical Ran 6.80 still running slow, legs are a little sore and fatigued. Felt a little achiness in my calf and shin. Noooo! The slow runs are a little demoralizing. I kept spooking myself out on this run. Thinking I see someone when there is nobody there. Being back in the dark sucks! I did see something strange but funny. I guy ran past me smoking a cigarette. LOL |
