Calves were all balled up when I awoke. So I opted to run flat ground. I don't know what the deal is but I have no energy. Could be that I had low iron (that was checked by my Dr. in March) and I haven't been taking my iron pills at all for like 3 months. I am not sure what the deal is but I don't have the energy to train for TOU. I am seriously seriously thinking about dropping the idea. And just backing off on running. I don't feel well again.

Somehow managed 7 miles even though I honestly had to stop 3 times to due to low energy and light head. This isn't very fun

I would bet it's your iron. I know that I had to take a few months and just run easy to let my body heal from the low iron. I'm sorry you're feeling lousy, that's the worst!!

Hang in there Lily! You need to run with friends...I always feel like crud when I run by myself. Something about running with other people makes me feel better it seems. :)

Dang Lily, I'm sorry! I would get your iron checked again, I bet it's still low. I wouldn't check yourself out of TOU just yet, you've still got time. I know you can do it:)

Stupid Iron.

I'm seriously thinking about only training for early/late spring races. I don't do well in the heat.

Thank you for the support!

I agree with you Rachelle :) I need to run with you every day. I feel better when I do. I NEED this. I need to be disciplined and WAKE UP in the morning. Dang! :)

Carina I have been trying to get it back in everyday (the iron) since Monday anyway. Hey, it's a start right?
