Calves were all balled up when I awoke. So I opted to run flat ground. I don't know what the deal is but I have no energy. Could be that I had low iron (that was checked by my Dr. in March) and I haven't been taking my iron pills at all for like 3 months. I am not sure what the deal is but I don't have the energy to train for TOU. I am seriously seriously thinking about dropping the idea. And just backing off on running. I don't feel well again. Somehow managed 7 miles even though I honestly had to stop 3 times to due to low energy and light head. This isn't very fun
