4 mile easy pace. Then 3 miles of 200's. Alternated between a 5:57 and a 6:10 pace.
15 minutes of elliptical hell. Probably should have just skipped that and come home.

Nice Job Lily! I hate the eliptical too. I have one and always tell myself that after my run I am going to do some on it but cant get myself to do it after the boring treadmill. I can only handle one boring piece of equipment in a day.
