ran 3 miles, weights and 23 minutes elliptical. leg felt really good today. I will probably stick to every other day running for awhile. Im planning to run Provo city 5k tomortow. Its all in the air as to what I can pull off. If theres no pain, I will try to find some kick. If I have discomfort, It wont be stellar I can tell you that. Please come through muscle memorey! haha |
