Ran 7 miles with Rachelle and Jen in Salem. I have an appreciation on the days when I run with them because they are obviously more tough than me, -willing to run in the rain. I gave in to peer pressure and came any way. Not sure what I was worried about. It actually felt good to run in the cool rain. Soaked after. They push the pace without going over the top and I really love and have missed that!

That sounds like a fun run!! Running with friends is the way to go in stinky weather. Way to toughen up get a great run in.

I actually don't mind rain. I don't mind most weather accept wind!! This sounds perfect, wish I lived closer!!
