I was on a hot date last night. So out kind of late and went to bed kind of late (10:45 is late to me). So I was slow to get up this morning and feeling a tad sluggish running today. I felt like I needed to get my strength training in so I lifted for about 25 minutes. Then 21 minutes elliptical. Was going to run outside but I checked the roads and they were all iced over. Ran 6.25 miles on the dready. avg pace 7:25. It's Friday!
