I ran 6.2 in 44 minutes even. I don't know how I pulled that one off today. I've shaved 3 minutes off my time in the last two weeks.  I got to 5 miles in 36:33. I ran the last 1.2 at a moderate pace. The speed is coming week by week....

Happy Birthday to Shawn today! My hunny is 35 years old today. He still has a baby face though (when shaved).
