8 outside. Ran up the center street hill and back down. Interesting that after you run up a hill and back down, footfall quickens and then continues as you hit flat ground. I love that.

Did about 15 minutes of cool down walking afterwards. It's hard to do that right now when it's cold outside. It feels COLD once you've stopped running.

Lots of miles so far this week Lily, good for you! Keep up the good work and your speedy speed.

Thanks bec! I'm trying to stay on the higher end if consistent. How is TX?

I love running down the hill after going up it!! Great running :)

Texas is awesome this time of year Lily. :) I would still like a few running companions, but I make due with running alone.

I like reading on your blog that you also run on the TM. My husband tells me that running on TMs is a bad idea.

brrrrrr! Walking in the cold is the worst. Nice running today Lily. :)

You have been running so well lately. Nicely done.

Bec I run alone a lot. But I've done it off and on any way, so I'm ok. And yes, I run on a dreadmill sometimes. Not once this week yet though ;) my experience is the tm after awhile hurts the bottom of my feet. So I try to get outside most days.

Dale thanks for encouraging comment. always appreciate you.

Rachelle, let's run this next week ok? Shawn is going out of town Sun-Thursday. No meeting interruptions :)

Carina, my boys are done with Saturday sports until fall after tomorrows game. Let's start doing a couple Saturday runs a month, want too?
