8 miles outside. Avg pace: kind of slow.  I can't seem to catch a groove early in the cold-dark. Maybe I will start running in the afternoons? I am frustrated.

A pm run is going down later.

3.5 rivertrail miles with Rachelle. such a nice afternoon and good company!

I have some friends who live in Alaska. Yesterday the sunlight shined into their kitchen window for the first time in many months. I believe you will see your sunshine soon too!

IT IS THE WEATHER!!!!

Sheesh I felt way discouraged. I feel like a slug. It makes me want to get back on the tm and turn up forced juice.

I read your post right after I wrote mine. What is up with us? I am feeling the exact same way.

We need to just train for treadmill races that is all there is to that.

I'm telling you it's the weather. The cold + inversion = harder to run and breath!! Don't be discouraged, the effort is still there!!

From Rachelle on Wed, Feb 06, 2013 at 09:58:06 from 199.190.170.24

We need to all get together and have a big sob fest I think. :-) Seriously the weather is depressing and lame and running in the dark alone sucks.

I'm up for 1 loop around the river trail with you this afternoon?

4:30pm at your casa?

From DaleG on Wed, Feb 06, 2013 at 10:02:40 from 98.202.43.67

Don't fret, Lily. I think running in the dark AND cold would bring most people down. Before we know it, we'll be wishing for cooler temps. Lol

Rachelle yeah come with me today. Any chance you can do 4:20? Dallin has b-ball at 5.
