7 groggy miles around Spanish Fork. I took a muscle relaxer for my jaw last night. It gives me the worst hangover like feeling.  

Excited to run hobble creek half on Saturday. Notice I didn't say "race hobble creek half".  lol I don't really have the racing fire in me this year... it left, when my leg got hurt again.

have fun this weekend. i'm remembering our run around SF in 2010 and then watching the finish of the race. "you are going the wrong waaaaay" shhhhh just shhhhh.
