13.5 on the tready. 8 miles in 60 minutes. Then 5.5 miles in 38 minutes. Not to shabby. 

I have to say. I started mentally quitting around mile 10. Thinking in my head, I'll just try to get to 12 and call it a day. Then, I smacked my mind around. I am not a quitter. I am stronger than that. So I not only made it to the planned 13. But 13.5 with more energy to have gone farther. But both of my oldest sons have basketball games this morning. I had to stop. 

This run boosted my confidence a bit. I'll take it

13.5 on the tready is not too shabby! Great job getting it done! Runs like this one make it so much easier to be grateful for those pleasant outside mornings.
