1 hour elliptical on a high level. walked on an incline for 10 minutes. My leg is feeling better. I'll probably try running next week. I have been doing all kinds of crazy PT exercises for my tibialis posterior. I need to keep it a regular thing in my daily life. Obviously I am weak in that area to have this happen twice in a year.

I know what you mean about those extra curricular exercises. I need to stretch on a regular basis and I seem to only do it when I have a probem. Keep up the effort, I'm sure things will get better soon!

I am glad the leg is feeling better! It is hard to keep up with the PT when you feel good, but hopefully you can keep it up to stay healthy :)
