Warmed up, ran a mile in 8:30, walked a mile at 13 incline at 4.5 on treadmill and then ran another half mile to finish it off. I was a sweaty betty by the end of it. It was about 40 min of Cardio.
My knees and Ankle felt good today! Which makes me so glad. If I can run 3 on Saturday I'm going to start training for the Thanksgiving point half and maybe maybe maybe the SLC half. I figure I could use the SLC half as a training run and just go slow & easy.
