| 3.25 AP 8:20 on the TM. I guess I'll start running again, but it's probably going to have to be on the TM on weekdays when I go before work. Too dark outside otherwise. This run felt nice I was worried I would want to die like I did on Saturday but it was much better. Also helped that my TM kept going down to -1.5 decline! I kept moving it back up and then the next time I looked down it would be -1 or -1.5. Finally got it to stay at 1 for most of mile 1 and 2. |

| Husb found a bike on KSL for me. Sweeet! So rode that to and from gym for 3 miles on the bike and then 2 miles on the TM in 16:39 |

It's amazing what a work out I can get in when I don't have to work at 7a.m.!
Took the day off for something special that is today. It may or may not be my birthday.
Biked to gym and around after to get 4 miles on the bike
Ran 3.55 in 30 minutes and then added on another mile walk on 10 incline and some more running.
Also went to 1/2 hr strength class

Biked to gym and back for a total of 3 bike miles. Funnest part of the bike ride, my chain falling off on the way there and spending 10 min trying to get it back on.
Ran 3.5 miles on the tm (5k in 25:19), then went to boot camp for 1 hr-ran 1/2 mile there, then ran 1 fast mile to end with on the treadmill-fast mile 7:54.

PM miles. Rode my bike to the gym with my pepper spray in hand because it was dark out. Did I mention my sissy Merri got me pepper spray for my b-day? If you'll remember I've been really scared of running in the dark in the morning. And if you don't remember that you're not a very good follower of my blog :). Thanks Merryl!
Oh and if you are wondering what hate's running- it's a belly full of pizza and heath bars. It HATES running. |

It's weird to me that it's darker when I'm done running at 6:15 than it used to be when I was starting at 5:15. Oh well, just not looking forward to the short, cold, dark days of winter! |

| 4 miles outside on the track. The Rec is still closed for maintenance, it will be closed for 2 weeks. Stink. These felt pretty good, I was just mad at myself because I ate an entire bag of Peanut Butter M&M's last night and husb ordered pizza. I wasn't going to eat any of the pizza but then I did. So I felt like garbage yesterday and still do today. So I'm starting a cleanse of sorts of only eating fresh food. We have good food in our house from the bountiful baskets, I just have to eat it. This begins the week of no more candy!!! |
