1 mile walking with baby and husb to the track. They played at the park by the track while I ran 3.5, 8:30 or so AP. I could see them every time I came around the track. Made it go by way faster. Then walked the mile back home with the fam. It was fun to get out with my little family. I always wish my husband would get into running, but since he won't, this was a good way to have my family with me and run too!

It's not that great to have both spouses run b/c then you fight over who has to stay home w/ the kids while the other one runs. :) kidding I don't know anything about this.
