10 miles out and back from home. No more shorts. 1:27:51 8:47 ave. Not liking my 3 day lay off but I had little choice. Got to ramp my miles, will look to do longer runs this week if things go well.
10 miles 1:29:18 8:56 ave. Jumped out of bed and ran. No breakfast, no coffee, no nothing. I liked this. I'm planing on doing this tomorrow. I don't think I could go much longer than 10 on an empty stomach, but 10 seemed just about right.
10 miles out and back from home in light snow. Love winter running. Feeling sluggish and tired, I call this training. Pounding away on tired legs when you got nothing. 1:33:31 9:21 pace. wow, that's slow. I really can't go any faster.
