6 miles on the track.  Very warm windy day.  the track is good on a windy day, only half as much wind.  Rick Majerus died yesterday, very sad day around here, we are all U of U grads and loved Coach Majerus.

4.65 miles 36:42  7:54 ave pace.  had to work late, no extra miles.  I love running downtown this time of year, lots to Christmas lights, downtown is buzzing with activity and I run through in my shorts.  This has to be the latest in the year that I've still been able to run in shorts.

10.65 pm miles 1:39:16  9:19 pace.  Regular route home with 6 miles on the track.  Slow pace tells me I'm tired, which I am.  Good slog workout.
