One of my favorite races of the year.  I didn't run as fast as I was thinking I could, I can tell I've been running less mileage this summer.  Oh well, I'm having a great summer and had a great time at this race.  1st in AG is always good.  There were 12 men in my age group and about 407 overall.  This is a tough, hilly 5k.
