10 miles out and back from home. 1:35.11 9:31 pace. Hot day today, probably upper 90's. I ran at 2pm on a totally empty stomach. On top of that, I have eaten very little since Saturday. This run killed me, nutrition is very important. If this were an out and back run, I would have cut it short at about 5 or 6 miles. I weighed myself at 6am, after my run at 3:30 I lost 5 pounds. |
