6.65 pm miles 58:23 8:47 ave pace, 2 miles on the track. I really want to hit it hard but I still think I need to keep things cool for a while, Ogden marathon was less than two weeks ago.
6 miles out and back from home. Very tired, sore, never felt good at all during this run. 57:03 9:31 ave. I thought I was rebounding well from the marathons but today it must have caught up with me. I increased my mileage a little bit this week, maybe it was too soon. I'm anxious to get back at it. I feel like I'm getting soft.
