12 miles out and back from home. Didn't run yesterday so I felt pretty fresh today. Decided to do something at a faster pace today. 1:34:13 7:51 pace. 1st mile 8:32 last three miles 7:31 7:18 7:08. Progression in between. Clear, sunny and cold.
