6 miles out and back from home  47:42  7:57 ave pace.  I fell in the road today.  Hit the ground hard and fast, like someone tripped me.  Very strange.  A few cuts on my hand but that's it.  I landed on my hands and dropped my shoulder and turned into a beautiful roll.
